By utilizing a "pop-up" clinic model, the organization meets Veterans directly in their own communities, bypassing the bureaucratic red tape and referral hurdles often found in traditional systems like the VA. This agile approach focuses on providing immediate, non-invasive conservative care—such as chiropractic adjustments, massage, and movement education—through a service-rooted framework that prioritizes the Veteran connection and trust. Ultimately, the strategy relies on lean operations and strategic local partnerships to deliver high-quality physical healing to underserved Veteran populations in an accessible, low-pressure environment.
